Price Changes

Dstoykova.com reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notification to users. The user is obligated to pay the price that was valid at the time of the contract's conclusion. In the case of technical errors in publishing on the site, Dstoykova.com reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the contract and is not liable to compensate the user in any way other than to refund amounts paid by the user, if any.

    We do not impose any additional charges for using the communication methods provided to contact us.

    Payment for the goods complies with Art. 93, para. 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts (LOC), for which the corresponding document is issued.

    If errors are found in the entered information, please contact us by phone or email to correct the discrepancies.

    Every order made from the site is confirmed and accepted by phone after submitting the order application.

    All contracts can be concluded only in Bulgarian.

At Art Gallery "Daniela Stoykova," you can not only purchase products easily but also return them without unnecessary hassle. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days from the day it was delivered by courier.

Information regarding exercising the right to withdraw from the contract
I. Right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract. By placing an order on the dstoykova.com website through the "Order" button for a particular product(s), after correctly filling out the necessary data or ordering by phone, you enter into a distance contract with Daniela Stoykova Art Ltd.

II. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons, within 14 days.

III. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the goods; in the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately, from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the last item; in the case of a contract for goods delivered in batches or parts, from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the last batch or part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, geographic address, and, if applicable, phone number, fax, and email address. If you paid for your ordered goods by cash on delivery or via POS terminal with a card, you must provide us with the IBAN of a bank account and the full name of its holder for refund purposes. Notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement (email letter).

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided on this page, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your message regarding exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

IV. Effect of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the contract under para. I above, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery return costs, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the present contract. You may also return the goods directly to the Art Gallery "Daniela Stoykova."

We will process the refund as follows:

If the order was made on our site and paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account from which we received your payment; if you paid cash on delivery or via a Virtual POS terminal with a card, the refund will be made to the bank account provided by you in your withdrawal application. The return shipping costs are at your expense. We reserve the right to delay the refund until the goods are returned in a good commercial condition.

We expect you to send or return the goods directly to Art Gallery "Daniela Stoykova" - Sofia, Tsar Asen St. 61, no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You must cover the direct costs of returning the goods.

2. If you wish to return products purchased on-site at Art Gallery "Daniela Stoykova," you must present a receipt for a refund within two weeks from the purchase date. If the product was purchased on-site at Art Gallery "Daniela Stoykova" - Sofia, Tsar Asen St. 61, and paid in cash with a receipt, the refund will be in cash at the gallery or to a provided bank account.

Claims and Complaints

At dstoykova.com, you pay only after opening the package and verifying that you have received your order in perfect condition. The "Inspection and Testing Before Payment" service applies to both individuals and businesses. It is essential to inspect the goods thoroughly upon delivery.

Claims for apparent defects must be reported at the time of acceptance by calling 0886 697 280. Otherwise, the goods are deemed accepted, as damage may occur subsequently due to usage.

Claims for hidden defects must be submitted via email, accompanied by a photo of the damaged item or part.

For valid claims, Daniela Stoykova Art Ltd will take the necessary actions as per applicable legislation, covering return shipping costs.

For visible damages caused during transportation, notify us immediately at 0886 697 280 upon delivery. All goods are insured for their full value. In such cases, do not pay the courier, and the customer will be compensated for the damage. If the package is lost, the same applies. It is recommended to complete a damage report in the courier's presence.
