Prices for delivery of paintings within Republic of Bulgaria
For deliveries, Dstoykova.com uses the services of courier companies Econt Express and Speedy. Orders placed by phone or through the website are processed and shipped, usually within a few working days. Paintings are sent with insurance, as breakage and delivery are at the customer's expense. In the rare case that the requested painting is in a gallery or consignment shop or is part of an ongoing exhibition, shipment may be delayed more than 2, 3 business days, but this is specified and agreed on over the phone between both parties.

Delivery to courier office
The price of Econt's main service is 6.30 - 11.60 BGN to courier office, depending on the weight and size of the painting. It includes SMS notification and insurance - fragile. The price of delivery to an office increases by 1.66 BGN for every 100 BGN cash on delivery. Thus, if you buy a painting worth BGN 300, the delivery price will be, for example, basic service 6.30 + (3 x 1.66 cash on delivery) = 6.30 + 4.98 = 11.28
For payments by bank transfer, the delivery price is in the amount of the basic service 6.30 - 11.60 BGN, depending on the size and weight of the package.
Delivery to address
The price of Econt's courier basic service to an address is 7.70 - 20.00 lv, depending on the weight and size of the package. For paintings over 90 cm the shipping cost is higher then this.. Includes SMS notification and insurance - fragile. The price of delivery to an address increases by BGN 3.11 for every BGN 100 cash on delivery. Thus, if you buy a papnting worth BGN 300, the delivery price will be, for example - basic service 7.70 + (3 x 3.11) = 7.70 + 9.33 = 17.03
For payments by bank transfer, the delivery price is the amount of the basic service.
Delivery on Saturday
For delivery on Saturday, there is an additional charge of BGN 3.11, according to Econt's tariff

Payment is made by bank transfer.
Delivery abroad can be done by Bulgarian Post, DHL or another courier company. Bulgarian Post services take several weeks to a month, and transport by courier company usually takes place within 5 working days.
For shipping a painting overseas, it is desirable to have a custom-made box for the painting to protect it from damage during cross-border shipping. It can be made of corrugated board (carton), facer (solid wood) or a combination of the two.
