Information Regarding Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
I. Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract or Off-Premises Contract:
By placing an order on dstoykova.com using the "Order" button and providing the necessary data correctly, or by placing an order via phone, you are entering into a distance contract with Daniela Stoykova Art Ltd.
II. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing a reason within 15 days.
III. The withdrawal period is 15 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by you, takes possession of the goods. If the order includes multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last item. For goods consisting of multiple batches or parts, the period starts from the receipt of the final batch or part.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with your name, geographical address, and, if available, your phone number, fax number, and email address. If you paid by cash on delivery or by card at a POS terminal, please provide the IBAN of a bank account and the account holder's full name for reimbursement. Notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).

IV. Effects of Withdrawal:

Reimbursement will be made as follows:
If the order was placed online and paid via bank transfer, reimbursement will be issued to the same account.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned in merchantable condition.

In such cases, do not pay the courier, and the customer will be compensated for the damage. If the package is lost, the same applies. It is recommended to complete a damage report in the courier's presence.
