Delivery Information

For deliveries, Dstoykova.com uses the services of courier companies Econt Express and Speedy. Orders placed by phone or through the website are processed and shipped, usually within a few working days. Paintings are sent with insurance, as breakage and delivery are at the customer's expense. In the rare case that the requested painting is in a gallery or consignment shop or is part of an ongoing exhibition, shipment may be delayed more than 2, 3 business days, but this is specified and agreed on over the phone between both parties.

If the painting requested by the client is new and has not dried, the client must wait the necessary time for the canvas to dry to transport it. The customer could refuse delivery before the painting is shipped.  On rare occasions and with heavy traffic, there may be a delay by the courier company on delivery.

Deliveries are to the address or office you specify, either by Econt or Speedy, the next working day after dispatch.

The delivery time for products that are not available or products that are made to the customer's order is agreed in writing to the e-mail address specified by the customer.

Free delivery for orders over 100 BGN within Bulgaria. For orders outside Bulgaria, delivery is specified additionally.
